We have had nothing but good experience with this company. The gentle men are friendly and very informative every time they are called on. Having a very active three year old with many questions, Alonzo and Seth are very kid friendly when doing their job. Thank you again guys for not being annoyed with children in the house hold. Miguel provided excellent service today. I called Cowboys when I noticed that my upstairs A/C system was not cooling the house. Miguel diagnosed the issue and gave me several options. I appreciated the fact that he did not try to sell me the "top dollar" option (coil replacement), but took a more balanced approach to the problem.
We have a 3-yr service contract with Cowboys and have been pleased with the level of service.
I had a system failure with a condensing unit that Cowboys had installed some time back and was still under warranty and those guys (Ariel) worked really hard to try to fix it which ultimately required equipment swap out. He was committed to customer satisfaction. Very honest and trustworthy. Great guy! We use them for all of our AC needs and recommend them to others!

I enjoy cowboys service. They are a good company with great employees as far as I have seen. My only issue with them is that they call even after my service has been done to set up another service.
Other than that, the guy that has come by my house twice, Robert, is awesome. I feel very secure in his work ethic.
Robert Ruiz has been my families Technician for years, he has always had the best interest for us when it comes to our AC Unit. I would recommend him as a technician anyone
