What do Customers Think of Cowboys AC & Heating in San Antonio, TX?
I used Cowboys years ago- it was a very bad experience. Everything has changed because of Alfonso. He came out after hours and was not only quick and efficient but he was kind and took the time to educate me on my AC unit. He is outstanding. I will never call anyone else to handle all of my AC needs. He not only won a customer back for Cowboys but he is the reason why my son will sleep in a cool and comfortable home. Thank you!!!
I was really satisfied with the customer service and quality of work from Alfonso and the rest of the staff. Alfonso was great to talk to and he took the time to educate me on what he was doing and provided me with many preventive maintenance tips. I will definitely call them for future maintenance/repairs.

I have been a customer with this company for many years. They install a new a/c unit, plus I just had my vents replaced. Carlos and Shawn went out of their way to and make sure that the work was done properly. I am very satisfied with this company and highly recommend them!
