What do Customers Think of Cowboys AC & Heating in San Antonio, TX?
Carlton was my technician today and I was so fortunate to have him service my AC unit! He was so honest, polite, knowledgeable, trustworthy and a great guy all around! He competes everything he does to perfection! I wish all people were a clone of him! He is going to go a long way in life! Thank you Carlton for a job very well done!
Kyle was very respectful and made every effort to address my concerns. He explained everything and made sure I understood and was completely satisfied be leaving my home.
Brian was awesome. He checked all 3 units and even went out of his way to explain with detail why each repair was needed. Most companies just write you a bill but these guys will also explain to you what services will be done.

My AC was out of warranty but Javier was very professional and honest. I have dealt with Cowboys AC before and have been very satisfied. My problem is expensive to fix but Javier gave me options.
Had a great experience with Micah Soto, the Cowboys Air-conditioning service tech! We didn't realize that we had a mold issue in our main duct work from a previous drain leak. Not only did he show us the mold issue by getting a camera in there and showed it, but explained what we needed to correct it. We didn't realize the musty smell we got when the unit turned on was actual mold we were smelling, and probably causing us sinus allergy issues. Thank you Micah for your great work! We will definitely we calling Cowboys Air-conditioning again and definitely requesting Micah Soto to service our unit.
Very pleased with the guys that came to my house, very professional, did a great job cleaning up after themselves and all the work was done in a timely manner. My unit was up and working in half a day!!

I have been using Cowboys for the last few services. Danny has been the tech that has come out each time. Not only did he remember me, from the previous services, he was very professional. He listened, made suggestions, and gave me the service requested. Because of Danny's reccomendations, I bought a new A/C thru Cowboys. Danny does not disapoint. I am happy, and hope that he will continue to be My Service Technician.
