Coronavirus Update
Dear San Antonio,
At Cowboys Air Conditioning and Heating we are closely monitoring the changing health concerns surrounding COVID-19. Ultimately the health & safety of our customers, employees and their families are our top priority. Therefore, we are taking precautions consistent with CDC recommendations that may help to mitigate its impact. We remain dedicated to serving you every day with the same commitment to our values you've come to know. We wanted to share with you some steps we are taking.
Aligning with public health authorities we are closely monitoring updates from the Center for Disease Control and the World Health Organization regarding COVID-19. We will continue to seek guidance from these agencies, public health officials and government agencies on an ongoing basis.
Although the Texas Mask Mandate has been lifted, our team members will continue to wear a mask and we kindly ask our customers to do the same when a technician is present in the home. Thank you for your compliance and understanding.
Protecting our employees and customers
As our employees interact with customers and the general public, we have taken steps to limit exposure to the virus. We have put restrictions on travel, are postponing large-scale events, limiting the size of meetings, providing remote-work solutions, and continue to reinforce safe behavior in every environment – from customer homes and businesses to our office, where we have ramped up deep-cleaning. Our technicians are stockpiled with hand sanitizer and heavily use it in between customer visits. We are also ensuring in-house and out in the field a proper distance to prevent the spread.
Assisting our employees
We are in continuous communication with our employees reminding them about the importance of good hygiene, providing them with health education and support whenever needed. Employees who may feel ill will be told to not report to work. Also communication procedures are in place should an employee be diagnosed with COVID-19.
What we ask of you
We are taking every precaution to ensure the safety and health of our communities, but we need your help. If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms and have a scheduled appointment, please let our customer care professionals know so that we can discuss options with you to ensure our collective well-being.

*Neither of these manufacturers have specifically tested their products against the COVID-19, an RNA virus, and therefore we cannot say that it kills or prevents it.
There is much to consider regarding the COVID-19 virus (Coronavirus) and its possible transmission in your home. While there are various and effective indoor air quality measures available to help protect your safety, including duct sanitization, ultraviolet (UV) germicidal light treatment, and HEPA air filters, they alone cannot protect from all forms of COVID-19 transmission. It is important to follow all official guidelines for preventing the spread of this virus.
