What do Customers Think of Cowboys AC & Heating in San Antonio, TX?
Billy from cowboys stopped by after seeing the tv commercial. He explained everything going on and why. Unfortunately we can't get ahold of the guy that did side work and I see where he messed up.

We're new home owners and know absolutely nothing about AC units. When our drainage pipe started leaking we feared the worst so called Cowboys! They're open 24/7 which was so convenient because we noticed the leaking on a Sunday night (of course). They scheduled something for us the next morning.
Benjamin came out within the time window they gave me and he even gave me a courtesy call 30 mins before arriving! He was awesome - explained everything in detail, let us know the price beforehand, and went above and beyond to make sure we were all fixed up. I had a million questions and he was so patient and answered all of them.

A few weeks ago, during the 100+ heat wave, we noticed the house a little bit warmer one evening.
I walked outside to the AC unit and noticed the fan was not turning on. My nephew recommended Cowboys AC. I called them around 9:30pm truly expecting to leave a message. A rep answered and set me up for a morning appointment.
They were here by 7am, and AC was fixed by 8am. It was the capacitor & the cost was around $200. I appreciated their professionalism so much that I signed up for their Service program.
It was such a lovely experience. All the workers were professional. Respectful of my home. They showed up on time or early and got the job done. My AC unit is like new!
